For in-person sessions, all you need to bring is comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle and any personal equipment (if applicable). I provide the rest, including equipment and guidance.

Yes, I require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer your spot to another client and ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve.
