Services Provided
Ryno's Performance & Fitness offers personal training, fitness coaching and related services. These services may be provided in-person, online or via remote coaching, depending on your chosen service package.
Products Provided
Ryno's Performance & Fitness offers digital download products - eBooks. All products are delivered electronically and once a product is downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking services, including health and fitness details relevant to your training.
You must be in good health and have medical clearance to participate in fitness activities, especially if you have pre-existing conditions. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health concerns or limitations before starting any program.
Booking and Payment
All personal training sessions, packages or services must be booked and paid for through the website or as otherwise instructed by Ryno's Performance & Fitness.
Payments for services are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by the trainer or business.
Cancellations must be made at least [24/48 hours] in advance. Late cancellations may result in a charge or forfeiture of the session.
Payment and Pricing
All prices on the website are listed in [AUD] (Australian Dollars) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, fees or charges. You are responsible for paying the full price of the product(s) you purchase. Payment is processed securely via PayPal methods.
Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, digital products will be made available for download or access through your account. You will be notified via email or through your account dashboard with details on how to access your purchased product(s). You have 24 hours to download your digital products.
Liability
